Damion is the visionary behind IP Events. As a renowned Guest Speaker, Damion has shared his expertise and inspiration with audiences across private and public organizations. With over 15 years of leadership experience at the senior manager level, he has honed the art of engaging, motivating, and inspiring people to fulfil their true potential in both personal and professional facets. Damion is also a skilled moderator and master of ceremonies, specializing in corporate and company events. He holds an MBA from the University of East London and a Bachelors in Management Studies and Psychology from the University of the West Indies.
His professional life complements his passion for his community where he has served in the Lions International organization for over eight (8) years. He has been president for Leo and Lions clubs alike and served as Zone Chairperson, responsible for helping other clubs in his zone improve their structure and continue serving their community.
Damion’s experiences and ability to command audiences will bring renewed energy, motivation, and positive influence on your event, staff, and guests as he takes them on a journey centered on your desire for a successful and memorable event.

He is the epitome of professionalism and charisma, which makes him the preferred option for a variety of occasions, including wedding receptions, private parties, and company staff parties.
